My only complaint about Concrete Creatine is the taste. I don’t use creatine for the taste though so I just mix it with juice and drink it fast. Overall I would recommend Concrete Creatine to anyone who is looking to boost their performance and muscle mass for immedaite and long term goals. You won’t see results overnight but with regular training and of course a proper diet you should start to see a difference within the first month to six weeks of use.

Concrete Creatine can be found at most health food or supplement stores. The problem with that is the cost. I paid over $50 for my first container of Concrete Creatine. That lasted for about 2 months at the recommended dosage for my weight. Recently I found the same Concrete Creatine product on BodyBuilding.com for $30. Since then I only order online. Not only do I save money but I also save a trip to the supplement store. Concrete Creatine has definitely helped improve my game and I recommend it if you want to reach your maximum potential in the gym.
